(1) ~h~ ~~~~~~~~~t may, by notificetion in theofficial Gazetteand 1 I..!>. after previous publication, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) ln pnrtic~[ar. and without prejudice to tllc g c l l c r ~ l i l ~ of lhe fortgoing power, such r u t ~ s may provide for all or any of the followin% matters, I namely:-- (a) the salary, allowances and oli~crconditio~ls of service of h e Regish-ar and otheremployees of the Board appointed under section 10 : i . I. (b) the farm of Resister required to be maintained under 1 section l l ; i i (c) the amount of fees payubie under sub-section (4) of 1 acclion 11 ; i (d) tlic manner in which appeals against the decision of the 1 Rcgisltar sliall be heard and decided by the Board uuder i section 16 and the fees chargeable for such appeals ; I (e) the allowances payable to ~nernbcrs under section 17 : T (0 the lime and place at which the Board shall hold its meeling aoi: iiie i!ia!lucr ill wilici~ sus!! rncziilsg al#nil bc. sv~niuoisc.< \ under section 8; !, (g) any othcr lnlattcr which may ~ t : pros~ribed.
