(a) The licencee has been granted under the, tuless ¢ fiamed under the Punjab Bishcrics Act, 1914 and is subject to the proVision: of the said rules and the Act. 2 (b) Inthe event of the cancellation of the ‘licence, of the. licencee under the provisions of the said rules and the Act, the amount already paid bythe licencce shall not be1efurded.to him, the1ight of fishing may be 1e-auctioned and the loss sustained by the Government if any, shall be recovered from thé licencee.
