Association of persons. - (1) The Board may associate with itself, any person whose assistance and advice it may deem fit for performing its functions under this Act. (2) Any person associated with the Board under sub-section (1) for any purpose shall have the right to take part in the meetings of the Board relevant to that purpose, but shall not have the right to vote. (3) The State Government may, by order, depute its representatives, to take part in any meeting of the Board, on such items or subjects as the State Government may specify but such representatives shall not have the right to vote.
