Constitution of interim Board. - Until the Board is established and constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the State Government may constitute a Board consisting of the Chairman and the Director and the Board so constituted shall, for a period not exceeding one year be deemed to be the Board established and constituted under this Act.
