(1) The Haryana Fire Service Act, 2009 (12 of 2009) is hereby repealed. (2) Nothing in this Act shall affect- (i) any right, interest or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred before the commencement of this Act; or (ii) any legal proceedings or remedy in respect of such right, interest or liability; or (iii) anything done or suffered before the commencement of this Act; or (iv) any rule framed under the repealed Act which is not inconsistent with this Act.
