(1) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no civil court Bar of shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding in respect of any matter, jurisdiction. which the State Government or any officer appointed under this Act is empowered by or under this Act to determine, and no injunction shall be granted by any court or authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act. (2) No civil court shall have jurisdiction to entertain or adjudicate upon any question whether any immovable property or any right, title or interest in such immovable property falls or does not fall within the definition of evacuee property.
