No suit or legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman of the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Board, the Empowered Executive Committee, the District Level Clearance Committee or other members of the Board or Committees or any officer or employee of such Board or Committees in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
