Every entrepreneur shall furnish an undertaking in such form, as may be prescribed at the time of submitting the duly completed online composite application form that he shall comply with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, and in case of non compliance of any provisions of the Act or rules made thereunder, the entrepreneur shall be liable to penalties as provided under section 15.
