(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the form and manner in which an application for'coJ.11.perisation may be made by the landowner; . \ (b) the form of notice and the manner in which notices may be served under this Act; (c) the manner in which inquiries may be held under this Act; (d) the manner in which appeals an<tapplications for review and revision may be filed; .
