(1) There shall be a Dean of each Faculty who shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor. The Dean shall be appointed in rotation from amongst the professors in the various Departments comprising the Faculty. (2) Suitable remuneration shall be attached to the office of the Dean who shall hold office for a term of three years. (3) The Dean shall convene meetings of the Faculty and shall preside over them. (4) The Dean shall be responsible for the co-ordination of teaching therein and the execution of the decisions of the Faculty.
