In the Haryana Contingency Fund Rules, 1967 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), i in rule 7, n sub -rule 1, after note (2), the following note shall be added, namely :* "Note (3).—In exceptional circumstances to be recorded in writing, the supplementary esti- mates, when they cannot be presented to the Legislature in the first session may be so presented at the second session.".
