Attachment before order etc.:- Where the Registrar is satisfied that a party to any reference under sections 95, 100, 101, 103, 104, 107, 113, 114 and 115 with intent to defeat or delay the execution of any decision, award or order, is about to– (a) dispose of the whole or any part of the property; or (b) remove the whole or any part of the property from the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Registrar, the Registrar may unless adequate security is furnished to his satisfaction, direct the attachment of the said property or such part thereof as he thinks necessary. Such attachment shall be valid till the order, decision or award is satisfied.
