(1) The District Authority for Clinical Establishment shall compile and maintain in such format, as may be prescribed, a register of clinical establishments, provisionally registered by it and shall enter the particulars of the certificate so issued, in such form and manner, as may be prescribed. (2) The District Authority for Clinical Establishment shall supply to the State Authority for Clinical Establishment a copy of every entry including all additions and amendment made in the register during the preceeding month by seventh day of the following month to ensure that the register is updated with the registers maintained by the State Authority for Clinical Establishment.
