(1) The permanent registration shall be valid for a period of seven years from the date of its issue

(1) The permanent registration shall be valid for a period of seven years from the date of its issue. (2) The application for renewal of permanent registration certificate shall be made within six months before the expiry of the validity of the certificate alongwith such fee, as may be prescribed and in case the application of renewal is not submitted within the stipulated period, the State Authority for Clinical Establishment may allow renewal of registration on payment of such enhanced fee, as may be prescribed.
