(1) No person shall run a clinical establishment unless it has been duly registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) Every clinical establishment existing prior to commencement of this Act, shall make an application for its provisional registration within six months from the date of the commencement of this Act. (3) Notwithstanding that a clinical establishment is already registered under any existing law requiring registration of such establishment, it shall apply for provisional registration under sub-section (2).
