(1) There shall be an Appellate Authority for Clinical Establishments to hear the appeals against the orders of the State Authority for Clinical Establishment consisting of the following members, namely:– (i) Secretary, Health Department – Chairperson (ii) Director General, Health Services – Member Secretary (iii) Additional Legal Rememrbancer– – Member Cum-Special Secretary, Law and Legislative Department, Haryana (2) The Appellate Authority may, if it so desires, take the assistance of a subject specialist or professional or seek his advice on the matter in issue.
