It shall be the duty of a police office to seize any intoxicating liquor, officer of any dangerous drag, bid's, cigarettes, tobacco or smoking mixture in the possess,ik.m liquor, drug, of a child wtoin he, finds taking or smoking in any street or public place and cigarettes, etc. any liquor, dangerous drug, bidis, cigarettes, tobacco or smoking mixture so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government and every such police officer shalt, however, be authorised to search only a male child.
