Approval, recognition to a teacher may be withdrawn by the University- Withdrawal of approval, recognition of teachers. (a) if the teacher fails to perform duties in accordance with the manner laid down by the Ordinances; (b) if sufficient evidence is laid before the Executive Council that the Teacher has committed an act which in their opinion is a serious Offence, the Executive Council may withdraw approval, recognition of the teacher. `
