(1) The limits of the area within which the University shall exercise its powers shall be such, as the Government may, from time to time, by notification specify; Provided that different areas may be specified for different faculties: (i) any student of any college associated with, or admitted to the other university before the said date, who was studying for any degree or Diploma examination of that university shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation thereof and the - University shall hold for such students, examinations in for such period as may be piescribed.bythe Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations; and HARYANA GOVT.
