Slope of Ramps:-The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that every ramp has a slope not exceeding one in four and the total rise of a continuous ramp used by building workers carrying material or using wheelbarrows does not exceed three points seven metres, unless broke by horizontal landing of at least one point two metres in length or as provided in accordance with the relevant national standards.
