Serving of tea and snacks at the work places:-At a building or other construction work where a work place is situated at a distance of more than zero point two kilometre from the canteen provided under sub-rule (1) of Rule 244, arrangement shall be made by the employer employing building workers at such place for serving tea and light refreshment to such building workers at such place.
