Notice of meetings and list of business:-(1) Ordinarily, two weeks‘ notice shall be given to the members of the Central Advisory Committee of a proposed meeting: Rule 25 The Building and Other Construction Workers‘ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1998 29 Provided that the Chairperson of such Committee, if he is satisfied that it is expedient to do so, may give notice of longer period for such meeting which shall not exceed one month. (2) No business except which is included in the list of business for a meeting of such Committee shall be considered at such meeting, without the permission of the Chairperson of the Committee.
