Working temperature:-The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that the temperature in any working chamber at an excavation or tunnelling work where building workers are employed does not exceed twenty-nine degree centigrade and that the arrangement is maintained for keeping records in which the temperatures measured by dry bulb and wet bulb inside such working chamber once in every hour and to produce such records for inspection on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
