Rest shelters:-The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that— (a) where building workers employed in a compressed air environment in a tunnelling work are required to remain at the work site for one hour or more after decompression from pressure exceeding one bar, adequate and suitable facilities are provided for such building workers to rest; (b) every man-lock, medical lock and any other facility inside these locks at an excavation a tunnelling work is maintained in a clean state and in good repairs; (c) a first-aid room is provided and is readily available at a construction site of a tunnelling work; (d) each man-lock attendant station is provided with a first-aid box at a construction site of a tunnelling work. 70 The Building and Other Construction Workers‘ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1998 Rule 152
