(1) This Act may be called the Haryana Board of School Education Short tide, Act, 1969 ex te nt an d commence- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. merit. ( 3 ) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
