Approval, recognition to a teacher may be withdrawn by the University- (a) if the teacher fails to perform duties in accordance with the manner laid dawn by the Ordinances; (b) if sufficient evidence is laid before the Executive Council that the teacher has committed an act which in their opinion is a serious offence, the Executive council may withdraw approval, recognition of the teacher.
