A person shall be qualified for being nominated as a member of the Authority, if he,- (a) is a citizen of India; (b) possesses good conduct and reputation and commands respect in the locality; (c) is well versed with Hindu culture and teachings of Srimad Bhagavata Gita; (d) is having minimum qualification of graduation from any recognized university or institution; (e) is having experience in the field of art and culture; (f) is a scholar of Hindu religious practices.
