(1) The headquarter of the Authority shall be at such place, as may be specified by the State Government. (2) The Authority shall hold at least one meeting in every three months. (3) The time and place of meeting shall be such, as may be fixed by the Chairperson. (4) A meeting of the Authority shall be presided over by the Chairperson or in his absence, by the Senior Vice-Chairperson or any member, as may be authorized by the Chairperson in this behalf. (5) At least one-half of the members shall form the quorum. (6) The Authority shall follow such rules of procedure for conduct of its meeting, as may be specified by the regulations.
