(/) This Act may be called the Haryana Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and for different areas of the State.
