(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particularand without prejudiceto the generalityof the foregoing power, the Government may make rules providingfor: - (a} the manner to recover the cost of audit under section 3; (b) the manner of audit and maintenance of accounts under sub-section (2) of section 4; (c) the Form is which the accounts are to be maintained under section 5; (d) the form and manner for preparingand presentingthe accounts for audit under sub-section (l) of section 7; (e) the manner for recovery of loss under sub-section (4) of section 7; (f) any other matter which has to be or may be prescribedby rules made under this Act.
