(2) Nothing in ola.use (b) of sub-seotion (1) shall apply to a OOnBUmer clo- sing the stop-cook fixed on the service pipe supplying water to his premises so long as he baa obtained the oonsen.t of any other ooJl,8Ulllor whose supply be l,lffooted thereby. CHAPTER IX SEWEJU.GB. 64-. The owner or occupier of any premises llhall be ·entitled to ··empty sewage of the premises into a sewer of the Board, provided that, before doing so, he- (a) obtains written petm.Jss1on of the Boa.rd a.nd pays, connootion fee and other ohargos in aooordance with the bye-laws; and (b) complies with such other conditions as may be provided hy the bye-laws.
