(1) When an approved scheme has been finally exeout ca - . he Board, all works completed thereunder and the property appurtenant thereto shall be transferred to the local body concerned in such manner and subjeot to such conditions as may be prescribed and it shall th~reafter be the respon· sibility of such local body to maintain them. (2) The local body shall levy suoh rates for water supply and sewerage as may be suggo.sted to it by the Board. (3) If a dispute arises as to the property which is to pass to a local body along with the ,.orks executed under a scheme, it shall be referred to the State Government for decision and such decision shall be final.
