An appropriate authority may, from time to time, borrow at such rate of interest and for such period and upon such terms, as the State Government may approve, any sum of money necessary for the purpose of— Power of authority to borrow money. (a) meeting expenditure debitable to the capital amount; (b) repaying any loan previously taken under this Act.
