(1) Any person who is engaged in any Tourism aetivity or Tourism trade within the Tourism development area shall get himself registered before the SOU Tourism Authority in the manner as may be determined by it" (2) The SOU Tourism Authority shall maintain information of all registrations made under sub-section (1) in the marurer as may be determined bv it.
