(1) No suit shall lie in any civil court to set aside or modify any assessment made or order passed under this Act. (2) No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against any authority under this Act or against any employer for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules made thereunder. Power to delegate. 1[26. (1) 2[The Designated Authority may by passing a resolution in this behalf and by publishing the same in the Official Gazette,] delegate to the Commissioner,- 3[(a) its power of appointments of officers and persons other than an Additional Commissioner under clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 12, and] (b) its powers of specifying areas under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 12 in respect of officers appointed by the Commissioner under the powers delegated to him under clause (a); and ________________________________________________________________________________________
