( 1) For the purpose of selection of persons to the posts of teachers and Constitution of Commission. ·headmasters in the grant-in-aid priv~+- .,~hools, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a Commission by the name of the "Gujarat State School Service Commission" with effect from such date as it may specify in the notification. (2) · (i) The Commission shall consist of three members out of whom one shall be the Chairman.
