The Bombay State Famine Relief Fund Act, 1958 [ 1958 : Bom . LXXXIII 5 of 5 (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under any of the Acts so repealed; or (c) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation or liability as aforesaid; and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced as if this Act had not been passed.
