For the purposes of carrying out the objects of this Act ,the following shall be the authorities, namely:-- (a) The State Government, (b) The Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority, (c) Heads of Government Departments, (d) Commissioner, (e) Collector of a district, (f) Local authorities. CHAPTER III FUNCTIONS OF STATE GOVERNMENT
