xxx (f) assist in conducting damage assessment and in carrying out reconstruction and rehabilitation activities in accordance with the guidelines framed by the Authority; (g) prepare a disaster management plan in conformity with the other disaster management plans of local authorities, departments of Government having regard to the guidelines laid down in this behalf by the Authority; (h) take all other steps and provide such assistance to the Authority, the Commissioner and the Collector and take such other steps as may be necessary for disaster management. (2) Each factory shall be responsible for effective implementation of the plan drawn up by it in this behalf. (3) Each private and public sector entity shall provide assistance to the Authority, the Commissioner, the Collector and take such other steps as may be necessary for disaster management.
