On the expiry of a disaster declaration, the Authority shall, where necessary, act as an agency for facilitating and coordinating rehabilitation and reconstruction activities by departments of the Government. CHAPTER VII POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
