In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions. (a) "Commission" means the Gujarat State Commission for Women constituted under section 3; (b) "member" means a member of the Commission and includes the Chairperson and the member-secretary; (c) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules; (d) "women" includes female-child and adolescent girl.
