No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Apex Authority, the Regional Development Authority, Nodal Company, other Government companies or project development agencies or any of their committees, members, officers and employees for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules and regulations made thereunder. Protection of action taken in good faith.
