[ 2004 : Guj.11 GUJARAT ACT NO. 11 OF 2004 [THE GUJARAT SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE ACT, 2004.] [30th March, 2004.] Amended by Guj. 24 of 2007. AN ACT to provide for the operation, maintenance, management and administration of a Special Economic Zone in the State of Gujarat and to constitute an Authority and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY
