The Development Committee shall perform the following functions in the manner as may be prescribed by the regulations, namely:- Functions of Development Committee. (1) (a) Prepare a plan for the development of the Zone in conformity with the guidelines prepared by the Authority and to demarcate and develop sites for industrial, commercial, residential and for other purposes according to the plan; (b) provide infrastructure facilities and amenities; (c) allocate and transfer, either by way of 1[**] lease or otherwise, plots of land for industrial, commercial, residential or other purposes; (d) regulate the construction of buildings.
