The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- (i) The Chancellor, (ii) The Vice-Chancellor, (iii) The Deans of Faculties, Inspection and inquiry. 15 Chancellor. (iv) The Director (Research), (v) The Registrar, (vi) The University Librarian, (vii) The Finance and Accounts Offic ers, and (viii) Such other officers in the service of the University as may be declared by the regulations to be the officers of the University.
