(1) No scheme shall provide for,- (a) insurance of a qualified employee for a sum exceeding two thousand and five hundred rupees ; (b) a rate of contribution from each employer exceeding six rupees per employee per annum and a rate of contribution from each qualified employee exceeding six rupees per annum.
