In section 528, after sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely :- “(3A) Where the District Magistrate authorised under sub-section (3) withdraws any case from any Magistrate subordinate to him, he may inquire into or try such case himself or refer it for inquiry or trial to any other Magistrate subordinate to him and competent to inquire into or try the same.” ......................................................................................................................................
