In section 346, in sub-section (1),- (i) for the words “ outside the presidency towns ”, the words “ outside Greater Bombay ” shall be substituted; (ii) after the words “ District Magistrate” the words “ or Sessions Judge, as the case may be, ” shall be inserted.
