In section 187, in sub-section (1), for the Criminal words “ by a Magistrate other than a Procedure Presidency Magistrate or District Magistrate, 1898– such Magistrate shall send the person contd. arrested to the District or Sub-divisional Magistrate ”, the words “ the Magistrate issuing the warrant shall send the person arrested to the Sessions Judge” shall be substituted.
