In section 164, in sub-section (1), for the Criminal words “Any Presidency Magistrate, any Procedure, Magistrate of the first class and any 1898– Magistrate of the second class specially contd. empowered in this behalf by the State Government”, the words “Any Presidency Magistrate, any District Magistrate, any Sub-divisional Magistrate, any Magistrate of the first class or any other Magistrate specially empowered by the State Government in this behalf ” shall be substituted.
